We have been informed that there is no current funding available for MyChoice HomeBuy in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and the West Midlands.

If further funding becomes available for My Choice HomeBuy we will update this page on the website.

 

My Choice HomeBuy can help you if you want to choose a home to buy on the open market.

The scheme, from Keyhomes East and Metropolitan, provides a contribution of up to 50% towards your purchase and you are free to choose a mortgage lender with a deal that best suits you.

To be eligible you need to be:

  • A first time buyer or
  • A homeowner whose circumstances have changed to mean you need a new home or
  • A public sector key workers or
  • A social housing tenant or
  • On a local authority waiting list
  • You must have a household income of less than £60,000 per year
