Who are we?
Orbit HomeBuy Agents is a registered provider that provides a one stop shop to people interested in any of the HomeBuy Schemes.
Orbit HomeBuy Agents is the largest HomeBuy Agent in the country covering Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hereford, Worcester and the West Midlands.
As a HomeBuy Agent we will process your application to determine eligibility for the HomeBuy schemes. If you are eligible for HomeBuy, we will keep your details on a central register and make them available to other Providers that have HomeBuy schemes available in the area.
Orbit HomeBuy Agent is a part of Orbit Homes which was formed in 2009 to build upon 40 years experience in the sector. Orbit Homes is a member of Orbit Group Limited and operates in the Midlands, South East and East of England and aims to develop around 1,000 properties per year of all tenures across these regions.

FirstBuy is a new equity loan product designed to help First Time Buyers into affordable home ownership by purchasing a brand new property from a house builder/developer.
An equity loan of up to 20% of the home's full market value will be offered to eligible applicants and is co-funded by the Government and the developer.

New home for MOD family
Terry Ferguson works within the military police and has brought up his young family in military accommodation, but over time Terry and his wife, Kerry, a home care assistant, began to yearn for a home of their own.
In September, Terry will have been in the military for twelve years and over that time has had to move home regularly. With his two sons, Euan (6) and Cambell (8) now old enough to be affected by these regular moves, the couple decided to look into buying. They really wanted a new build property but soon discovered the deposit they would need was more than they could afford.
